You can apparently get an Astroboy phone in China.
Besides the basic mobile phone features, you also get:
1) Bluetooth
2) a micro-SD card slot which supports up to 4GB.
3) English and Chinese language user interface
4) a 3.5mm standard headphone jack
5) mini-USB port
6) dual SIM card slots
7) front-facing and rear cameras
8) built-in accelerometer which allows you to change music or wallpaper by shaking the phone.
Not too shabby for 790 RMB (US$113/S$158)! I wouldn't mind getting one myself actually.
